Avnir Specialise in planning, coordinating, and executing projects according to specific requirements and constraints. We perform some or all of the activities related to project work, from conceptualization to completion. The end goal is to complete the project on time and within budget.
Development Management
Our Development Management Services take care of the entire property development process from initial strategy and concept through to delivery. As specialists in Development Management Service, our team has an intimate knowledge of all facets of local regulations and statutory requirements covering site selection, approval and construction of development projects. Once briefed on a project, Avnir will assign you with a Development Manager from our team, who has been carefully selected based on their expertise, experience and suitability for the project.
Hazardous Materials Auditing & Removal
The Avnir Hazardous Materials Management Team provide quality and cost effective services which include the provision of expert advice, the development of effective asbestos and hazardous material auditing programs and the implementation of site specific management plans. These tailored site specific services assist clients with protecting their people, their property and all related risks to their business.
Architecture & Interiors
Architectural services include two interrelated but distinct endeavors: the planning and design of buildings and spaces, and the administration of construction contracts on behalf of clients. Design and planning incorporates more than the aesthetics and organisation of buildings—it ensures the designs for buildings conform to zoning, building codes, and safety requirements. Construction contract administration involves the architect acting as the agent of the client in various capacities during the design and construction process to protect the interests of the client, such as assisting with negotiating with contractors for bids, and verifying that contractor constructs the building as designed.
