David entered the building industry with a Bachelor of Applied Science
in Building and he has completed a Master of Project Management at the
University of NSW. At Concrete Constructions he rose to Senior Planning
Engineer, responsible for planning major projects such as Gateway Plaza.
During the process he was responsible for the Construction Management
of major packages at New Parliament House. He progressed to Paynter Dixon
as a Planning Manager, responsible for all planning in Qld, NSW and Vic.
In a later role as Project Manager he established a new site methodology
for planning, documentation, construction and cost analysis. He introduced
daily, weekly and monthly planning on all sites. His major projects have
included New Parliament House, Gateway Plaza, Liverpool RSL Club, Mitre
10 Wetherill Park, Lidcombe Hospital Extension, Blacktown Workers' Club,
Salvation Army Warehouse St Peters, Sutton’s Motor Lidcombe, White
Wings, Cabravale RSL, Smithfield RSL, Siemens Plessey.

Robert came into the building
industry as a qualified Designer and quickly established himself as a
excellent Project Manager. He worked on the $24 million Paddington Station
redevelopment as Project Manager for Auckett Associates Ltd in London,
and later added Marks and Spencer, British Airport Authorities, British
Airways, Abbey National Building Society and Burmah Castrol Oil Ltd to
his management achievements. Returning to Australia he joined Lend Lease
Interiors where his major clients included Royal Blind Society, AWA Limited,
Citibank and MLC Asset Management and MLC Nationwide.
